From the outside Coniston offers an elevated decking area, With bistro table and chairs to enhance the wonderful view of the hills, mountains and of course the OLD MAN OF CONISTON.

Stepping down from the decked elevation, onto a very generous private patio area, where you can relax in the renowned Jacuzzi hot tub, cool off on the relaxer beds, to prepare yourself to cook up a feast on the large kettle bbq, or just eat alfresco on the patio table with chairs and parasol.
Inside The open plan lounge and kitchen have a glorious feeling of light and airiness where the vaulted ceiling offers the feeling of space hosting large feature linen drum light shades, down to the three sets of French doors and opening windows, enhancing ‘what we love’ that great outdoor feeling! Once the French doors are open the sun can pour in and you can enjoy the late afternoon sun.
The compact and practical kitchen houses all the modern appliances, built in gas oven & hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. All the necessary tools are provided to cater for a romantic meal for two or just to BBQ on the patio.
The Coniston lounge offers a very generous sofa to relax and cosy up on with a good book, the built in media unit hosts a flat screen TV with DVD and free sat, over the slate hearth and white electric log effect wood burning stove. The light hallway leads to the bathroom where the satin stone gold tiles flow from the floor up to a generous shower space with full length glass panel, W.C. modern square vessel basin and heated towel rail.
The luxury bedroom with its natural Berber carpet hosts a king size traditional wooden bed and matching bedside cabinets.
